Egypt has been on my bucket list for years! Between the Nile, the Red Sea, Alexandria, Cairo, and the Pyramids that date back to 2500BC, there is so much history and culture to experience. There are so many things to do and see in Egypt.
Standing in front of the gigantic Pyramids of Giza was breath taking. We had the chance to climb inside the Pyramids which was an incredible experience. Most of us think Pyramids when we think of Egypt but we were shown so much more out of Cairo and Luxor! We were blown away by all the temples in Luxor. Buildings that have stood for thousands of years and the remarkable carvings/paintings of kings and queens still visible. Egypt is safe but id recommend going with a tour group as it can be the most frustrating place for a tourist.

What to know before visiting EGYPT
- The Local currency is the Egyptian Pound.
- It isn't safe to drink the tap water, only drink bottled water from the local shop.
- Don't even attempt to hire a car. You are better of using taxis or Uber. One of the Taxi Companies we used was the London Cab.
