Beautiful Byron. Byron Bay is one of the most popular destinations. It's located right at the top of New South Wales, about 2 hours south of Brisbane and 10 hours north of sydney. Its a tiny town; most of its businesses are lined up along one road, with a few shops and restaurants branching off to the side. The main street leads up to a beautiful beachfront.

My husband and i spent the day in Byron, we had brunch at Folk , it is without a doubt one of my favourite cafe spots in Byron. Its tucked away just off Ewingsdale Road, situated on a cosy little corner far away from the crowds and Byron hustle, making it the perfect spot to retreat and enjoy the good vibes.

We also did the walk to the Byron Bay Lighthouse. The lighthouse is situated on Cape Byron, an area so naturally beautiful and the coastal walking track is the best way to take it all in.

Spread over 80 scenic acres, The Farm is an actual working farm home to a community of growers, producers and eateries with a passion for growing food using sustainable methods that are spray and chemical-free. We treated ourselves to some pancakes with banana and syrup,  SO yummy!

We love going to Byron Bay and am so happy we had a beautiful sunny day to enjoy and take it all in.

Wow, wow, wow. That is just one of the many ways to describe the Maldives. Another that comes to mind includes the absolutely-exquisitely-extraordinarily-beautiful-tropical-paradise. Yep, that'll do it. Except even that mouthful doesn't do its heavenliness justice.

While days were spent makeup-free exploring the pure white beaches, sparkling turquoise ocean and coral reefs, evenings were a time to dress-up in our island best to enjoy the spectacular sunsets that never failed to impress.

There are so many amazing islands and places to stay in the Maldives. One of the accommodations that we fell in love with was Amari, Havodda, a overwater bungalow accommodation. Where the breakfast buffets are fresh and have variety of amazing food.

I would definitely recommend staying here, but keep in mind that it is a bit pricey, but totally worth it. Located on a private island 400km south of Male, you'll find Amari Havodda, Maldives in the Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll. Getting to Kaadeedhdhoo Domestic Airport takes less than an hour. You won't notice the 10-minute boat ride when you're surrounded by the natural beauty of the Maldives.

We spent 6 nights over the water and we were lucky to have such beautiful sunny weather for most of the days we spent there.

You'll be able to dive into crystal waters or share an intimate alfresco meal on your private deck. Step inside to an understated elegant space, where an inviting king bed, outdoor covered bath area and sophisticated technology have thoughtfully been put in place for you to discover paradise, to uncover heaven on earth.

Overall Maldives was an amazing honeymoon destination. I have never felt so relaxed in my life. If your planning on going to the Maldives be ready to feel relaxed, unwind and enjoy the beautiful sun and crystal clear water!

I am Married!

On Sunday the 22nd of April 2018, i walked down the aisle and married my husband Mitch. A day that we had been planning for a year. To be honest it seems surreal that it happened. The morning of our special day was quite relaxing, even though I only had three hours sleep that night, i surprisingly survived the day. I can't explain the feelings i felt that morning but i was so excited to marry the man that has changed everything for the better. He has taught and shown me what real love is and I'm so grateful to God for placing him in my life.

I've made it no secret that i didn't enjoy wedding planning, but the year of stress was worth it. I was a little sad it was over, but mostly quite relieved! but also just really happy with how the day went. We have memories that we'll always cherish and the wedding has made us appreciate our family and friends so much. We both feel incredibly grateful to have the people in the lives that we do, who made such an effort to make our day so special.
